## Lizenz: GPL-2.0-or-later (ab Version 7)

TinyMCE 5 und 6 standen unter der MIT-Lizenz. Mit Version 7 hat Tiny Technologies auf die
**GNU General Public License Version 2 oder spaeter** gewechselt (siehe `LICENSE.md` im
TinyMCE-Repository). Da der Installer die jeweils aktuelle npm-Version laedt, gilt in der
Regel die GPL-Fassung. Die Kombination mit der AGPL-3.0 dieses Projekts ist zulaessig, weil
"oder spaeter" die Nutzung unter GPL-3.0 erlaubt.

OpenNIT liefert TinyMCE nicht aus; die Dateien werden bei der Installation von npm bezogen
und enthalten den zugehoerigen Lizenztext. Der nachfolgende MIT-Text gilt ausschliesslich
fuer die aelteren Versionen 5 und 6.

## Deutsches Sprachpaket

Das Sprachpaket (`langs/de.js`) stammt aus dem Paket `tinymce-i18n` und steht ebenfalls
unter der MIT License (Copyright © Tiny Technologies, Inc.).

## Hinweis zum Selbst-Hosting

TinyMCE 6 ist **nicht im Repository enthalten**. Es kann optional über die Admin-Oberfläche
(`Admin → Editor → TinyMCE`) nachgeladen werden; dabei wird das offizielle npm-Paket
serverseitig heruntergeladen und in `public/assets/tinymce/` installiert.

Ist TinyMCE nicht installiert, verwendet OpenNIT automatisch den integrierten
`wysiwyg.js`-Editor als Fallback. Im Gegensatz zur CDN-Version (cdn.tiny.cloud)
werden beim Selbst-Hosting keinerlei Telemetrie-Daten oder Nutzungsstatistiken
an Tiny Technologies übertragen.
